West Grey, Grey County — standby generator installation, repair, preventative maintenance and 24/7 emergency service from a family-owned company based in Dundalk, Ontario.
Durham, Hanover and the West Grey communities along the Saugeen are a mix we know well: town housing, farms on the surrounding concessions, and a solid base of small manufacturing and trade shops that cannot afford an unplanned stop.
We install and service standby generators across all three. For homeowners that usually means a whole-home or essential-circuits unit with an automatic transfer switch. For shops and light industry it means sizing around motor loads and startup surge rather than a nameplate number, then proving it with a load test.
Compressors, welders and machine tools have surge characteristics that punish undersized generators. We size for the real startup draw.
Whole-home standby in Durham and Hanover, and essential-load systems for properties on wells and septic outside the town limits.
Wind and ice along the river corridor bring lines down regularly, and rural West Grey restoration is rarely quick.
